Identification

A valid driver’s license is required for all rentals. A major credit card may be required as a second form of identification.

Payment

Payment is required at the time your rental item is picked up. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. (If you are picking up a returned check, we do not accept a personal check.) Orders must be paid in full on or before delivery. Party and event reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup service are available for all your rentals. Fees are dependent upon how far it is to your specific location. All rental items should be gathered together in a single location convenient for pickup. If you prefer, you are welcome to pick up and return your rental item. Large construction items such as skid steer loaders and trenchers come on a trailer. You will need a full-size tow vehicle with a 2 5/16" hitch ball. Tables, chairs, and electrical equipment are not weatherproof, so please do not expose them to rain or harsh weather while waiting for pickup.

Damages/Insurance

Damage insurance is automatically added to each rental. The fee is 8% of your total rental. This insurance does NOT cover hydraulic lines, tires, or intentional damage. Please read the reverse of your contract for other exclusions. If you choose to refuse the insurance, you will be responsible for all damage incurred while the item is in rent to you. Items lost, damaged, or stolen will be assessed as a fair replacement value. Damage waiver insurance does not apply to shortages. The customer is responsible for the security and safe-keeping of all rental items from the time of delivery to the time of pickup or return.

Reservations and Cancellations

We gladly take reservations on any rental item. At the time of reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. Cancellations are requested 24 hours in advance of rental, in order that we can rent the item to another person. If we have special-ordered an item from another vendor for your event, you are responsible for the total rental of that item.

Fuel

Equipment is sent out full of fuel and should be returned full. If not full, we will refuel the equipment and charge you accordingly.

Cleaning

Equipment is sent out clean and should be returned clean. If your rental is used for working concrete, rinse the residue off before it dries. Concrete removal bills at $75.00 per hour.

NOTE: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
